Paralysis of Face and Eyelid
- Facial paralysis is very common. Usually seen due to:

Hollowness under Eyes
- Also known as sunken eyes or tear trough deformity, hollowness under eyes is seen as valley, depression or shadow below lower lids. It can affect young and old individuals. It is caused by the following reasons:
- Ageing – thinning of lid skin, absorption of fat, bone depression or atrophy, loosening of support structures (ligaments)
- Hereditary

- Vascularity (prominent blood vessels)

Chin and Jaw Reshaping
- Injectables (such as Cosmetic injectables and Dermal fillers) are a non-surgical, minimally invasive anti-ageing facial treatments for shaping chin and jawline.
- A younger face looks more like a V (or triangle of youth). It consists of high cheekbones, fuller cheeks, and a sharp, well-defined jawline. As we age, this V becomes inverted because of changes in our skin, soft tissues, and the bony structure (sometimes referred to as the "Pyramid of age"). The face becomes more oblong, cheeks flatten out, and jowls become more visible.
- There is a descent of the chin and loss of the well-defined angle between the jawline and the neck. The neck muscles separate and lose tone, creating vertical bands. Fat is deposited below the chin area, leading to blunting of the neck and chin angles.
- Reshaping and restoring of the inverted V around the chin and jawline can be achieved using Cosmetic injectables and dermal fillers. Cosmetic injectables can be used to reduce the appearance of a cobbled, bump chin and a smoother, more even and elongated appearance of the chin can be achieved.

Lip Reshaping
- The lip reshaping or enhancement is done using dermal fillers to achieve younger, smoother and fuller lips.
- The assessment of shape, size and symmetry is done to identify the problem areas.
- After applying a topical anaesthetic, injections with dermal filler are undertaken in a series of small aliquots in and around the lips. The treatment usually takes between 15 to 30 minutes.
- There is normally little to no pain beyond the feeling of pressure and a slight pinch. There is no downtime either and you can return to your normal activities straight after the treatment.
